Housecleaner charged with stealing from Boonton Township homes in which she worked

On Wednesday, Feb. 19, Township of Boonton Police arrested 41-year-old Crystal Frisbie, of Newark, on an outstanding warrant for theft following a four-month investigation led by the department's Detective Bureau.
