2 Bloomfield cops indicted after dashboard video shows them hitting suspect

NEWARK - Two Bloomfield police officers have been indicted on conspiracy and misconduct charges after a dashboard video from an officer's cruiser raised doubts about the officers' account of an arrest of a man accused of eluding police, prosecutors say.
