NJ Transit train 'chaos' clears after downed wire strands 1,000 passengers in Newark

NEWARK - An NJ Transit train packed with 1,000 people was stranded on a track south of Newark Penn Station for nearly two hours tonight on one of the coldest evenings in years after a live electrical wire fell onto one of the cars, officials said.
