Four arrested, accused by prosecutor of links to drug distribution ring in Ocean County

Two men and two women from Newark and Kearny were arrested Wednesday and the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said it is going beyond its boundaries to break up a Newark-based drug distribution network in Ocean County.
