Booker's right -- gay is not the issue: Editorial

Does it matter if Cory Booker is gay? No, it does not. What does matter, however, is that the Newark mayor had enough gumption to react to the question this way: Instead of taking umbrage, or scrambling to prove his chest-thumping hetero-masculinity, Booker said he just doesn't care about the speculation.
