Williams was taken into custody and held, awaiting transfer to Rockaway police. a Carl Reeves Jr., 49, of Newark, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. July 24 on the 400 block of Bloomfield Avenue by officers Raymond Diaz and Sang Yoon for resisting arrest and hindering apprehension.
