Murder trial begins for Irvington man accused of gunning down vehicle at traffic light

NEWARK - Bronique McLeod and her three friends were sitting in a car at a Newark traffic light in October 2012 when, for no apparent reason, a man wearing a New York Giants jersey began shooting at the vehicle, an assistant prosecutor said.
