Four men charged with PATH train robberies in Jersey City
Newark residents Steven Byrd, 23; Tony Mitchell Jr., 18, and Raekwan Monroe, 19, make their first court appearance today, May 20, 2014, on charges they robbed two men on PATH trains in Jersey City.
