Accused murderer of 83-year-old Newark man to undergo mental health evaluation

NEWARK - A Union County man charged in the recent killing of an 83-year-old man at a Newark apartment building will undergo a mental health evaluation to determine whether he is competent to stand trial, a judge said today.
