Newark to receive nearly twice as much from Sandy program as Shore areas, report says

A $30 million program aimed at creating affordable housing in communities impacted by Hurricane Sandy has so far set aside nearly twice as much funding for Newark than two Jersey Shore counties pummeled by the storm, according to a report.
