Four-year-old boy beaten by father as an infant is wheeled into Newark courtroom

NEWARK - The curly-haired boy, his eyes unfocused, his body immobile, was wheeled into Judge James Rothschild's courtroom today and positioned in front of the jury that will decide whether the state of New Jersey should cover his medical bills for the rest of his life.
