Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. announced his re-election campaign during a press conference in the gymnasium at Essex County College in Newark on Mon., Dec. 9. Democrats from all around the state on federal, state, county and local levels joined DiVincenzo in support of his candidacy.
