18-year-old prostitute, 17-year-old boy worked together in robbery attempt, Dover cops say

DOVER - An 18-year-old woman is accused of working with a 17-year-old male to try to steal a Newark man's money and cell phone shortly after she stole another man's wallet during an act of prostitution, police said.
