Neighbors say Union man charged with murder was brilliant, but with a temper

Around the same time that Matthew Ballister was in a Union County courtroom to face murder charges, an autopsy yesterday confirmed the body parts found Sunday along the Passaic River in Newark were his girlfriend's, officials said.
