A Somerset County doctor practicing internal medicine at Newark Community Health Center, where she was formerly the clinical director, was sentenced Thursday to six months in prison and five months of home confinement for receiving cash kickbacks for diagnostic testing referrals of her patients, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.
