Booker, Christie cut ribbon to officially open Teachers Village in Newark

They shared a hug, and then Gov. Chris Christie and Newark Mayor Cory Booker shared a pair of scissors to cut the ribbon on a $150 million project that has begun to transform five blighted blocks near the heart of the city's business district into a residential and education center.
