NEWARK - Inside a computer lab at Science Park High School on Saturday, Lynair King, 8, was an energetic ball of nerves. The third-grader announced to any adult in the room who would listen that he would fail the practice Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers exam he was about to take.
