Mother of shooting victim says she never thought she 'would be burying one of my kids'

NEWARK - In the more than two years since her 18-year-old son was fatally shot in East Orange, Cheryl Thomas said she has not slept through an entire night. "I would do anything to have my son back," said Thomas, becoming increasingly distraught.
