NEWARK - U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez's lawyer told a judge Wednesday he's considering making a request to have the government's political corruption case against the New Jersey Democrat heard by a Florida jury. During a status conference Wednesday in U.S. District Court, Menendez attorney Abbe Lowell said he hasn't yet decided whether to make a formal request for a change of venue but is giving it serious thought.
