New Jersey Nets Pt. 2?...... D-League Team in Jersey City

With the talk about the Nets , thinking about having their own D-league team and putting it in Brooklyn which isn't a bad idea by any means but, it had me thinking why not bring it back to New Jersey and have the New Jersey Nets Pt.2 instead of Newark put their home court in Jersey City which is relatively closer depending on who you would ask. I feel like Jersey City would benefit from a small arena with about 3,000 sits would be fine, just like the Golden State Warriors did with Santa Cruz and the Knicks did with Westchester.
