Man who worked at Iselin bank made more than $1.5 million in fraud scheme, authorities say

NEWARK -- A New Jersey native was arrested Thursday in North Carolina and charged with defrauding an international investment bank of at least $1.5 million while working at the bank's Iselin office, U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said. Michael Lieberman, 43, of Huntersville, N.C., was scheduled to appear in federal court in Charlotte, N.C. on two counts of wire fraud.
