Newark mayor's election: judge throws out Baraka lawsuit

Newark mayoral hopeful Ras Baraka sued last month for the removal of two members of the Essex County Board of Elections in advance of next month's mayoral contest, claiming they created a conflict of interest when they publicly expressed support for Baraka's rival, Shavar Jeffries.
