Newark teen assaulted, robbed of $3 by man wearing ski mask in Jersey City parking lot

A Newark teenager, who had left her grandmother's Jersey City apartment Wednesday afternoon, was punched in the back of the head by a man wearing a ski mask who stole $3 from her before fleeing, Jersey City police reported.
