One Year Later, Wounds of Christmas Killing Are Still Open

Levar and Nichole Hailey, the parents of 13 year-old Zainee Hailey who was killed on Christmas last year by a stray bullet on Schley Street in Newark, plan a vigil to honor and remember her.
