Officer's remaining charged dismissed in Nutley-related case

The Essex County Prosecutor's Office has dismissed a remaining charge against an Essex County Sheriff's officer, who was accused of criminally restraining a woman in 2012. John P. Warnock, 39, of Newark, formerly of Belleville, was cleared of criminal coercion, by Hudson County Judge Sheila Ann Venable on Tuesday.
