N.J. Supreme Court asked to hear lawsuit over Newark first-grader burned by school radiator

A mother has petitioned the New Jersey Supreme Court to hear a lawsuit against the Newark school district in regard to how her daughter was severely burned by an uncovered radiator at a city school in 2008.
