Belleville lawsuit involving school board to go to trial in January

A lawsuit filed by a former Belleville High School athletic trainer against the Belleville Board of Education is expected to go to trial in January. A trial date was set for Jan. 5, during a court appearance in Newark last week with attorneys for both sides in the case.
