Traffic stop on I-80 in Stroudsburg leads to drug charges against four people

State police at Swiftwater said that, about 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, troopers initiated a traffic stop for several moving violations on a vehicle being driven by Kiana Samirah Garnett, 19, of Newark, New Jersey.
