Prosecutors announce arrests in slayings of Livingston, Newark teens

Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn A. Murray announces the arrests of four suspects in connection with the shooting deaths of two Essex County teenagers, Brendan Tevlin, of Livingston and Cheyanne Bond of Newark.
