Conviction overturned in 2008 crash that killed mother and 10-year-old son

NEWARK - Citing an error in the judge's response to a jury question at a January 2012 trial, a state appeals court has overturned the conviction of a man accused of causing a 2008 crash that killed a woman and her 10-year-old son.
