Newark Mayor Luis Quintana among several officials out of town this week

Newark Mayor Luis Quintana, who was sworn in as mayor recently, headed to the West Coast on a city-related trip with Councilwoman Mildred Crump Just two weeks after being sworn in, and a week after being sworn in again, Newark Mayor Luis Quintana has left town.
