Newark man arraigned on drug and weapons charges following North Ward arrest

A Newark man was arraigned on drug and weapons charges today following the discovery of a small stash of weapons and marijuana in his North Ward apartment Wednesday, Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura said.
