Towaco residents and stars of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" Teresa, 41, and Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, 43, appeared before U.S. District Judge Esther Salas in Newark federal court on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to their two new fraud charges , according to the Daily Record.
